QA Associate - 12-month parental leave contract Aspen Australia is currently recruiting for a QA Associate - Complaints to join our Quality Assurance team based at Dandenong South. This is a full-time, 12-month parental leave contract commencing February 2025 . Reporting to the Quality Systems Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the site’s consumer complaint program ensuring its ongoing compliance to the code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Responsibilities will include: Investigating customer complaints and ensuring they are closed out in accordance with approved procedures. Making informed decisions in the management of the consumer complaint program; you’ll need to seek information, isolate issues, hear all points of view, analyse data, prioritise, document and escalate where required. Meeting agreed timeframes with internal and external customers with a ‘can do attitude’ and a willingness to enter unfamiliar territories such as the factory floor and senior management settings. Communicating effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders from QA Release, Contracts, Production, the senior management team and external customers. Collate, analyse and evaluate data to identify emerging trends and track CAPA effectiveness. Generate and present complaint metrics reports to senior management. About You: Tertiary qualified in Science, Biotechnology or Pharmacy. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in QA / Compliance with a sound understanding of GMP Principles. Proficient skills in Microsoft platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. BPCS and EtQ skills would be highly regarded. Well-developed problem-solving skills and an ability to engage with stakeholders to develop the best outcome for the customer and business. An ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to quality system improvement and management through continuous improvement methodologies. Aspen Australia is a division of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited.
