Earn a commission split of 60% per listing + 48k Retainer & enjoy the benefits of full Marketing Support. OR If listing is your strength, choose a straight 80% split, No Marketing. 80% commission on every sale is much better than running your own agency; you are only parting with 20% of the fee. It would be far more costly to open your own agency renting an office, paying both a receptionist and a rental manager, then replacing and training the new rental manager every 18 months when the last one decides to leave. OR If you are starting out and need a little help listing clients, choose option A - 60% split. You can stick with option A for a while or until the day you retire or swap over to 80% when your client base is potent enough to provide you with regular repeat business; again, it’s your call. The ideal candidate is – An active real-estate agent who is seeking a position where there are no restrictions on the bounds of your territory because a territory restriction always limits your income.
