We partner with leading financial firms across Australia, specialising in all things Technology (Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data, Software Engineering and Project Services) , but if you bring experience in another area of tech recruitment – we’d love to chat. You will also work across permanent and contract roles in your area, so plenty of opportunity to build up a solid contractor book. What makes Kapital different? Let’s make it happen Strategic headhunting – 80% of our placements in 2024 came from targeted headhunting or utilising our database, not job ads Meet people, not just hit numbers – We encourage recruiters to be out there: coffees, networking events, and genuine relationship-building What we’re looking for: A Tech Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience (ideally across Infrastructure , Software Engineering or Data ) Experience in 360 recruitment and the desire to want to bring in new clients *don’t worry we don’t cold call! Someone who thrives on relationship-driven recruitment – we’re not about ‘filling roles’; we’re about partnering with clients A self-starter who wants to own their desk and grow their market Establish yourself as a go-to in fintech recruitment through networking , content , and industry events Someone who actually enjoys meeting candidates and clients , not just sending LinkedIn messages The drive and passion to want to succeed – helping people succeed is what we stay true to What’s in it for you?
