As a result, we are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Lead to join our leadership group on the back of our current lead moving internally to a new role. This role will focus on operational sourcing, recruitment planning and team leadership with site mobilisation activities performed internally by a different department.Leading this business-critical function, key to the role will be leading the tactical delivery of our blue-collar recruitment activity for our current and future major projects division as well as our shutdown and maintenance works. Forecast recruitment volumes work in the range of 100-150 monthly supported by an experienced team of blue-collar recruiters and administrators.Reporting To Our Recruitment Manager, Areas Of Focus Include: Delivery by you and your team on a broad range of blue collar roles that include fitter, boilermakers, rope access, scaffolder, mobile plant operators and more. Lead, coach and empower your team to deliver outcomes whilst modelling the values and behaviours of an experienced leader. Act as a connecter of people within the business as someone who can build trust, leverage relationships and provide certainty on the delivery of recruitment outcomes. Provide, promote and use key recruitment metrics to help shape strategic business decisions, create discussion and support a range of decision making processes as relates to both attraction and retention of key people and roles. Assist with and plan business-wide attraction campaigns (including expos, assessment centres and targeted online branding awareness activities). Support broader workforce planning activities to understand internal and external factors impacting recruitment. Ongoing development of the businesses recruitment processes and systems that continue to provide the flexibility and performance of an agile and growing business. YOUR BACKGROUND: Previous experience in a high volume blue collar recruitment lead role ideally with experience working within the construction and/or resource sector. Strong understanding of recruitment systems (Jobadder, Page Up, SuccessFactors etc). Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomes. Ability to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisation. WHY WARRIKAL?
