Tesla is looking for a proactive and diligent regional Service and Warranty Audit Specialist to better support field operations across Aftersales. You will collaborate with frontline Service teams, Sr Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Service Quality, and other cross departments to validate warranty and service repair orders, manage warranty defective parts, analyze warranty data, and better control warranty costs to ensure the compliance, authenticity, and accuracy of warranty repair orders and in turn give this information to the field teams for improvement in process. What You’ll Do Maintain the daily operation of the regional warranty business, validate sample sizes of warranty repair order for correctness Provide warranty consultation to the Service and Body Repair centers Analyze regional warranty data & KPIs, and make reports Audit warranty defective parts including parts storage, return and scrap to ensure warranty parts precisely match with its repair orders Correct warranty issues & drive continuous improvement for the service centers Provide improvement plans to ensure compliance What You’ll Bring 3+ Years in auditing Aftersales departments or relevant experience Comprehensive understanding of repair procedures and repair times Proven track record of driving positive change Good data analysis and communication skills Familiar with Microsoft office software Preferred Requirements: Auto industry related experience Good and quick adaptability skill Good service awareness Compensation and Benefits In addition to a competitive compensation package, Tesla Australia & New Zealand is pleased to offer the following benefits for permanent employees: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Parental leave (no minimum employment period) Primary carers – 18 weeks at full pay or 36 weeks half pay Secondary carers – 6 weeks full pay Employee Vehicle Loan Program Novated Leasing (AU only) Well-being Fund – An annual allowance for all employees to support their well-being in ways that are meaningful to them Bike to work – $10 per day if you cycle to work Birthday Leave & Volunteer Leave Some eligibility criteria may apply, benefits detailed above are subject to change / withdrawal at Tesla’s discretion with no prior notice.
