You’ll have your Care Manager cheering you on every step of the way, making sure you have everything you need to shine in your role. Deliver person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical and care service delivery. Manage workplace dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents. Key Candidate Requirements AHPRA registration. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Valid National Police Check. Full Working Rights in Australia. Proven experience in Aged Care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours. Excellent clinical knowledge in wound management. Familiarity with clinical documentation systems. Candidate Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. You are a proactive, solution-focused professional dedicated to achieving clinical excellence.
