Job Description We are seeking a SAP ABAP CRM Consultant for a 12 month contract in Australian Government with a strong specialization in CRM and OData technologies to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our SAP development team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative ABAP solutions that address complex business challenges and drive operational efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions that align with our business objectives and support our strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions for SAP CRM, including enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and user exits. Develop and maintain OData services for SAP CRM and other SAP systems. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of ABAP developments. Troubleshoot and resolve ABAP-related issues efficiently and effectively. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and business users. Stay abreast of the latest SAP ABAP technologies, best practices, and SAP CRM enhancements. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers. Qualifications Previous experience as an SAP ABAP CRM Consultant. Strong experience in SAP CRM ABAP development, including enhancements, reports, interfaces, and user exits. Proven expertise in developing and consuming OData services in the SAP environment. Experience with RFCs/Function Modules. Excellent knowledge of ABAP programming languages, including OOPs concepts, debugging, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of SAP CRM data model and business processes. Experience with SAP HANA and other SAP technologies is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
