The Opportunity The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the team sales process by providing comprehensive assistance in lead evaluation, client management, sales activities, and the preparation of quotes and tender documents. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external clients. As a true Sales Support Specialist your day may include: Evaluate leads to assess their quality and potential for conversion into sales opportunities. Manage client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist in estimating project costs and preparing accurate quotes tailored to client requirements. Coordinate the preparation of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all specifications and deadlines. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather necessary information for proposal development. Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and project details in CRM systems. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and organizing documentation. Other ad-hoc general Sales and Marketing duties as needed to support the organization. Who we are looking for: Experience in Construction and Project Management or Engineering. Previous experience in sales support or a similar role, preferably within the B2B sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, be responsive and deliver to agreed deadlines. Passionate about building strong relationships with internal clients, peers, and team and working collaboratively to deliver impactful solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to contribute beyond own role to support others. Supportive, trustworthy, and constructive team player. Organizational skills that allow you to be process-driven and the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload. A positive attitude, motivation, and a self-starter mindset, using your initiative to progress tasks efficiently and effectively. High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
