Sales & Customer Experience Manager - UNSW FAC We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Sales & Customer Experience Manager to be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer experience and driving sales. The Sales & Customer Experience Manager will be a key member of the University of NSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre (UNSW FAC) Leadership team. With responsibility of the Customer Service Officers, Sales & Customer Experience and Programs & Bookings Coordinators at UNSW. The role will focus on providing high level customer service to all customers, promoting all services and programs available to maximise growth (through acquisition, integration and retention) while providing memorable experiences for the UNSW FAC community. You are a natural at hitting your sales and revenue targets, with proven experience in sales. A self-professed “office - jack of all trades” nothing is too much trouble for you and you thrive in fast paced active environments.
