Secretary (Student Administration) - St Teresa's Catholic College, NOOSAVILLE Estimated start date: Commencing March 2025 Position tenure: Permanent Weeks worked: School term weeks only (holidays unpaid) Total Paid Hours (per week) & days required: Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm Employment conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement St Teresa's is situated in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast. We are a co-educational secondary school administered by the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane through the Brisbane Catholic Education Office and is a member of Marist Schools of Australia. Our ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of handling a variety of tasks with ease. About the role: There is a range of tasks in a variety of contexts within this key role. The desired applicant is required to be the “face” of the Student Administration Desk for staff and students and therefore excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a sense of humour are a must.
