Join HBF as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst and leverage your expertise in TechnologyOne (TechOne) ERP systems to optimise our finance processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Finance, IT, and other business units to enhance financial reporting, system automation, and data integrity. About the role: Manage routine system processes including month-end close (ERP). Provide in-house user support for issue resolution and evaluate incidents to identify patterns. Administer, maintain, and enhance financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and integration with other business applications. Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making. Work closely with Finance, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and translate them into system improvements. Ensure best practice and consistency in the use of tools, and identify opportunities to increase automation. Responsible for the accuracy and data integrity of core financial database systems. Monitor reporting needs and manage the design and development of reporting tools. About you: Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial systems analysis, administration, or support. A thorough understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements. Experience with implementing, configuring, and supporting TechnologyOne (TechOne) ERP Systems is highly desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., XLOne, Crystal, Power BI). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments. Experience with system integrations, automation, and process improvements is highly regarded. Experience in financial system implementations or upgrades. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (ETL’s, BPA). Familiarity with cloud-based financial applications.
