We have a great supportive team who can assist with the day-to-day admin tasks to ensure your success in this role!Primary Purpose of the Position We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who can run their own '360-recruitment'. You will have at least three years’ experience in the recruitment industry including a working knowledge of government contingent labour hire processes and private client sector experience. This role will specialise mainly in short term contract health roles, aged care and/or NDIS support worker type roles (e.g. nurses, midwives, aged care, support workers and specialist health roles).Key Accountabilities Create and post job advertisements on various job platforms. Evaluate candidate suitability by reviewing resumes, screening, and interview techniques. Refer suitable candidates to clients and schedule interviews. Promote business through client consultation, marketing activities, and industry research. Proactively develop talent pools of suitably qualified candidates. Manage candidate and client data within our Applicant Tracking Software (Job Adder). Inform candidates of job requirements, work schedules, and work conditions on commencement of employment. Conduct welfare checks on existing and newly placed candidates. Provide consultancy to candidates on further education, training, and job-seeking approaches. Discuss and problem-solve employment issues that may arise with existing clients and/or candidates. Conduct reference checks on candidates. Essential Criteria Proven healthcare (min. 3-5 years) and white-collar recruitment experience – NSW Public and Private Sector. Sound understanding of requirements within the health, government, nursing, aged care and NDIS sectors. Experience in managing multiple recruitment within a high-volume environment. Sound working knowledge of best recruitment practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented and technically savvy with proficiency in MS Office, and recruitment platforms such as Job Adder, SEEK Talent Search & LinkedIn is highly desirable. Excellent analytical abilities to identify top talent and assess candidate suitability. A mature, self-motivated, and speed to market approach to all work activities. Ability to work within a cohesive team environment & contribute to a positive culture and workplace environment. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations and business growth.
