Are you a highly motivated, driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service? Join Sunwater as a Senior Support Admin, where you’ll play a vital role in providing high level technical assistance and support for incoming queries to the Service Desk relating to issues with ICT systems, applications, and hardware. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will serve as an escalation point within the Service Desk team, providing timely assistance to resolve incidents efficiently. As a Senior Support Admin at Sunwater, you will: Serve as the frontline of support for any information technology issues and problems for Sunwater staff Mentor and support the other support administrators within the service desk team Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Provide assistance remotely by phone or in person while using the IT Service Management system (ITSM), to track service requests, incidents and tasks. To be successful in this role, you will hold 3+ years’ experience in an IT Support role with similar accountabilities. You will also bring: Demonstrated experience supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 and Office 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint Online ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or experience working in an ITIL environment Experience supporting Citrix and VPN users Moderate Powershell Scripting experience Proven experience in Active Directory adds/moves and changes. You will commence your role at our Fortitude Valley office, working full-time onsite for the initial 4 weeks. Following this period, your schedule will transition to a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.
