What the role entails: Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates Communicating with internal department teams to ensure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs Ongoing training and development; if you have the desire to grow, we will get you there What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or Experience in Banking, Real Estate, or customer-facing roles highly desired Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills A proactive person who presents professionally Experience in a department where KPIs are used Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential Ability to sell additional work as required Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team; culture is important to us Someone who loves a challenge and has a strong focus on customer experiences Love a fast-paced, yet fun environment; it's never dull here Benefits of joining us: Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Quarterly and annual awards and recognition for high achievers Growth and development opportunities are endless with the ability to follow a career path that allows brand and site changes – all with ease Competitive salary with commissions and a car on offer #J-18808-Ljbffr
