About the role Manage all daily administration tasks including documentation, formatting, typing correspondence, and support with any site reporting. Basic payroll data entry and timesheet collation, and attend to staffing roster. Ensure flights and accommodation bookings are completed for all staff within the project team. Maintain site personnel files ensuring privacy and confidentiality. Manage mobilisation of new staff to site including profile set up and documents uploaded correctly on clients' portals. Key Criteria: At least 5 years administrative experience. At least 3 years site administration experience. Staff mobilisation experience including flights, accommodation, and roster management. Experience raising POs, invoicing, and liaising with subcontractors. Facilities Management background (Highly desirable). BHP ERMS system experience (Highly desirable).
