Timesheet entry for employees and subcontractors. Maintaining and scheduling rosters. Raise and receipt purchase orders, including cross-referencing against work scopes and sourcing parts. Costing and invoicing of jobs - create breakdowns and quotes. Maintaining training records and assisting in the booking of training and inductions. Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation. Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. What the ideal candidate has: Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role. At least 2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator . Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Strong communication and people skills, comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships. Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently strive for quality outcomes.
