Job Description

DWS is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with Agile delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical business analysis within an IT environment, with extensive experience in Azure Cloud, Dynamics 365 / Office 365 , and functional design documentation. This role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation initiatives. Type: Max Term Length: 12 Months Rate: up to $180,000 (including Super), depending on background & experience Start: ASAP Location: Newborough, Victoria Work Style: Hybrid; 3-4 days a week in the Newborough office with occasional travel to the Melbourne CBD What We Look For Demonstrable experience as a Technical Business Analyst with SaaS product experience, particularly with D365/O365 Understanding of Azure services (Functions, Data Factory, Event Grid, Logic App, API Management, Storage) Proficiency in Business Analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio Conduct workshops with the business to understand as-is business processes, identify gaps and gather requirements for the agreed scope Document as-is business processes following Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) and undertake a gap analysis Document all business, functional and non-functional requirements in a Business Requirements Document Provide a clear and easy to follow requirements management process, including gathering, validating, prioritising and tracing Engage with internal stakeholders including planning and running meetings and workshops, and preparing follow up minutes and actions Provide timely updates to the Project Manager in agreed format and frequency Adhere to the Business Analysis Framework and Project Management Framework Any other business analysis related activity as reasonably requested by the Project Manager Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or other permanent work rights - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.
