Job Description

Location: South-eastern suburb with Hybrid working arrangement. Duration: 3+3-month contract with potential extensions About the Role As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training for an ERP/CRM system implementation. You will collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs, develop effective learning materials, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities - Training Program Development Design and align training programs for ERP/CRM systems using the ADDIE framework. Develop engaging, up-to-date training content that aligns with best practices. Conduct training needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth knowledge transfer. Act as the central point of contact for training and support. - Training Delivery & Facilitation Coordinate and facilitate training sessions across various formats (e-learning, virtual, blended). Lead training sessions to empower internal teams. Monitor training outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs as needed. Support system change and transformation initiatives, ensuring accessibility of training materials. Key Requirements Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (mandatory) Experience designing and delivering training for large-scale technology projects (ERP/CRM preferred)Strong content development skills, including experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and CamtasiaBackground in learning & development, system implementations, or transformation projectsExperience with TechOne or similar systems (advantageous but not mandatory) Why Join?
