New Business Product Support Specialist - Indaiatuba/SP Hybrid ID: 110890 Job Description As a New Business Product Support Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, projects and/or initiatives; recommending business improvement opportunities. Leads the definition, development and implementation of moderately complex business process improvement projects and initiatives. Assists and/or leads the resolution of business process problems and provides in-depth knowledge of business, processes and practices. Works unsupervised and provides guidance to others. May act as a team leader or subject matter expert on a part of the project. Main Responsibilities Lead projects to assist in delivering new business initiatives that meet the requirements of customers, channel partners, and stakeholders; Support our customers and dealers with new business solutions, including through verbal and written communications; Identify and support the implementation of process improvements; Document as-is and to-be processes for process improvement projects; Generate accurate data and reporting based on existing resources and propose additional reporting when appropriate; Skills You Need Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal; Advanced English; Experience supporting customers and clients via written and verbal communications; A broad background of our business and knowledge of operational processes supporting recurring revenue business models; Experience in Project management and business planning. What Makes You Stand Out Experience with Marketing, enterprise customer acquisition, and customer support processes; Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines; Creative mindset to think outside the box for innovative solutions; Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others; Previous experience with driving process improvements; Knowledge of Deere's new business models. #J-18808-Ljbffr
