Imagine working in a small but active Talent & Culture team of experts as Talent & Culture Business Partner for NSW & ACT ; a crucial role within the Accor Premium, Midscale and Economy division in the HMA Operations Team. You are tasked with supporting over 23 Hotels working closely with the Vice President Operations, NSW & ACT and Talent & Culture Operations community on a range of duties including: Talent acquisition, development, succession planning for the region and salary administration Employee engagement & action planning Data analysis and reporting Industrial and employee relations Drive property initiatives from a brand and/or Accor wide perspective Lead investigations of a serious nature Participate in, and lead team projects You will also travel as needed, expanding your horizons and connecting with your Hotel teams The daily task list can be long at times but as a connected team, we achieve, learn and support each other to the fullest. Qualifications HR Certificates or similar are advantageous, but we are more interested in your passion for development At least four years’ experience as the human resource leader preferably working in a multi-property hotel environment. Ability to take ownership of issues, solve problems and make effective decisions. Ability to simplify processes and create buy-in at all levels.
