Improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead the change management of newly implemented processes on sites or as applicable. Responsible for the successful evaluation, creation, implementation, and execution of time solutions in accordance with paid time off and pay practices and policies. Leadership, development, and performance management of the HR Time & Attendance Specialist roles. The Candidate: Strong knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper and other HR systems. SAP/SuccessFactors experience would be a bonus. Time knowledge and processing. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High attention to detail.
