About the Role As a Physiotherapy Team Leader at ORS, you’ll: Supervise and support a growing Physiotherapy Sydney team Provide leadership and learning and development opportunities for the Physiotherapy team Deliver high-quality services to participants with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on improving/increasing balance, mobility, coordination, gait, safety and/or reducing pain; and ongoing intervention Work across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices Build lasting relationships with your clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievements Be a pivotal member of your site’s multidisciplinary team What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy Current AHPRA Registration 1-3 years of Physiotherapy experience working in paediatrics with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred) A current Working with Children’s/Vulnerable People Check and Police Clearance (or able to obtain) A current NDIS Worker Clearance (or able to obtain) Driver’s Licence and own transport What We Offer: We understand how important it is to maintain balance in your life.
