You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative team members.You will be responsible for overseeing the organization and development of testing plans and schedules that align with customer specifications, project demands, and established standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing the safety and reliability of our transportation solutions. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization, including Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to ensure adherence to industry standards and other critical requirements. Your primary focus will be on managing system validation processes, while also participating in performance analysis and troubleshooting activities while endorsing EHS practices and way of working. We’ll look to you for: Reading, reviewing, and providing constructive input on test procedures and plans. Taking an agile and proactive approach to plan adjustments in response to external factors. Developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies. Ensuring that testing plans align with customer requirements and project standards. Measuring progress and adapting plans effectively and efficiently. Communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including customers and project teams. Interpreting and ensuring adherence to customer requirement related documents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Proven organisational skills in the planning of validation activities for a train or rail related product. Experience or understanding of train level testing and validation processes, reviewing test procedures, validation plans and related documentation. A highly skilled technical expert, proven in delivering validation activities with an understanding and consideration for the constraints and requirements of testing at train level.
