Base pay range $112,300.00/yr - $282,400.00/yr #Fractional Leadership is hot! salesQB has created a new market for #sales consulting. salesQBs deliver a part-time sales management solution to SMBs. For one fifth the cost that a client would pay for a full-time sales leader, salesQB provides a highly-skilled fractional sales star. Our salesQBs work with each client to discover their “proven and repeatable” sales process, unearth more leads, add digital and non-digital leverage to the sales team, design a working management and accountability structure, coach-up the sales team, and then manage the process on a long-term contract basis. Ideal prospects for our services are clients where: the owner is serving as the sales manager, there is no current sales manager, there is an underperforming sales manager, or there’s a salesperson acting as the #salesmanager. We believe that sales management can only be performed well by a highly-skilled sales leader and cannot be slot-filled by just anyone.
