This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and managing end-user technology, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for employees. This includes providing technical support, configuring and maintaining devices, ensuring software compatibility, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The EUC specialist will work closely with the IT team to implement and manage end-user systems and solutions.This position is a full-time permanent role located onsite at Fisherman Islands Terminal.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to the Regional IT team's processes, Service Level Agreement (SLA), standards and policies.Ensure adherence to the company's global and regional standards and policies.Ensure approved system administration methodologies and processes are followedWork across all Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) areas to assist with the Change Management processProvide High Priority Incident Management during Terminal incidentsEnd-to-end incident management of lower priority incidents.Investigate escalated and reported incidents, and provide resolutions in line with agreed SLA's for nominated Business Services Provide after-hours response (24x7) to escalated critical incidents for systems at the Terminal on a rotational rostered basis. This may include taking calls or physically attending at the terminal. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Minimum 1year in an EUC support role Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain environments advantageousDesktop and Infrastructure support experience, with active knowledge of relevant troubleshooting skills and toolsProactive automation of system administration tasks to provide consistent and proven methodologies to automate common/recurring tasks Experience in Operations teams that are required to provide 24x7 support to their BusinessExperience in Business-related IT systems from an Engineering perspective, instead of traditional ITWorked in an Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) aligned environment and familiar with Incident, Change, Problem and continuous improvement. Boolah is seeking reliable harvest workers to join our Northern grain site team for the upcoming harvest season. Fixed-term harvest contract Start date: 28 September 2026 Approximately 10 weeks of harvest workDuties will include a mix of hands-on grain site work throughout harvest, including:Operating a front-end loaderGrain quality testing/sampling & data collectionTarp workLoading and unloading trucksSilo workGeneral site cleaning and maintenanceWork will be across two grain sites, one located approximately 51 km north-east of Moree and the other approximately 52 km north of Moree.
