  • Portfolio Manager  

    - Melbourne

    About The Role
    Kinetic IT are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our on-site customer dedicated teams. This role will join a large account delivery team and have responsibility for overseeing operations in Project Services, with a focus on portfolio governance and maintaining communication and strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities will include: Portfolio Governance and Delivery Assurance management Customer Stakeholder Management Participating and contributing toward internal governance meetings Team Management of the Project Services Team Project and resource forecasting and workforce planning Updating Account processes, methodologies and templates Managing and supporting PPM Tools, i.e. Dashboards, Dynamics, etc. Internal/External coordination on operational, commercial and contractual requirements for new or amended services Facilitating the project engagement process (on major accounts) and the SOW development process What you'll bring to the table: Previous experience in a Portfolio management role Experience with HR management (performance appraisals, remuneration reviews) of a team Experience working in a multivendor/outsourcing environment Project Management Qualification such as PMP, Prince2 or similar advantageous Existing AGSVA Baseline Clearance (preferred) or ability to hold and maintain clearance About Kinetic IT

  • Senior Service Desk Technician  

    - Perth

    About The Role As a Senior Service Desk Technician, you will be a key point of contact for technical support, you'll ensure a seamless and responsive experience for end users - primarily focused on Service Desk environments. This role suits someone who thrives on solving problems, sharing knowledge, and driving positive outcomes. You'll also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members and promoting continuous improvement within the team.   • Associate Systems Engineer  

    - Perth

    About The Role As an Associate Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing onsite support to end users across desktop, laptop, mobile and peripheral environments. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll troubleshoot incidents and service requests, support hardware refresh and deployment activities, maintain technology assets and help deliver a seamless support experience. You'll work across a variety of customer locations, supporting both day-to-day operational needs and larger project activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities will include: Providing onsite desktop, laptop, peripheral and mobile device support Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues Delivering deskside, field and priority support services Supporting hardware refresh, deployment and migration projects Managing IT assets, stock control and device lifecycle activities Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge articles Identifying recurring issues and contributing to service improvement initiatives Undertaking metropolitan and regional site visits as required Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships Participating in after-hours support and on-call activities when required What you'll bring to the table: Previous experience in desktop support, end user support or IT service delivery environments Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments Experience supporting mobile devices, including iOS and Android Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to customer locations Experience supporting hardware deployments, refresh programs and asset management activities Exposure to SCCM/Configuration Manager and ITIL practices will be highly regarded ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator or similar certifications are advantageous A collaborative approach and passion for continuous learning Compliance Requirements Successful applicants will be required to complete relevant background screening and security checks as part of the onboarding process.   • Project Coodintator  

    - Canberra

    Are you an organised, detail-focused Project Coordinator who enjoys keeping things moving?
    Join Kinetic IT's national Enterprise Project Management team in Canberra, supporting meaningful project outcomes for a Federal government customer while building your experience across planning, reporting, documentation and delivery coordination. Working under the direction of a Project or Workstream Lead, you'll help coordinate day-to-day project processes, support reporting requirements, prepare project documentation and provide practical administrative support to the delivery team. This role is based 100% onsite in Canberra and would suit someone proactive, reliable and confident working across project activities, deliverables and documentation. What you'll be doing: Support project planning by carrying out delegated activities that contribute to workstream and project plans, schedules and delivery milestones. Draft elements of project reports, presentations and moderately complex project documents, gathering and summarising data where required. Provide general administrative support across documentation quality assurance, process adherence, resourcing, equipment, time recording and deliverables tracking. What we're looking for: Current Australian Citizenship, holding active high level Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2). Previous experience in project coordination, project administration or PMO support, ideally within a complex ICT or government environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep project documentation, actions and deliverables moving. Confidence preparing reports, presentations and project artefacts with guidance from a Project Manager or Workstream Lead. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, stakeholders and delivery leads in an onsite project environment.

  • Service Desk Technician

    About The Role As a Service Desk Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for users seeking IT support, helping to resolve technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience. Working within a collaborative team, you'll provide timely assistance, troubleshoot a variety of technology challenges, and contribute to maintaining high service standards across our customer environments. This position primarily operates on a standard Monday to Friday roster; however, successful applicants will participate in a 4 days on, 4 days off shift rotation for up to two one-month periods each year to support operational requirements.
