The role will support reception, rostering, admissions, and daily operations while working collaboratively with the Facility Manager and wider team. Sick Leave Management, Parental Leave, Shift Swaps, Permanent Shifts. Undertake essential administrative functions such as rostering, payroll preparation, compliance, and interacting with all staff. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, archiving, staff onboarding offboarding and other duties as directed by the Facility Manager. Managing agency staff. Scheduling of students across the facility during placements. Assist the Facility Manager and other senior staff with tasks as required.
