You might then jump into a working session with Account Managers looking after head Sellers, walking them through a new enablement playbook you've built on Seller economics. Later in the day, you could be experimenting with a new AI-driven Seller engagement campaign. Throughout it all, you're focused on one question: How do we make it effortless for Sellers to grow on Amazon Business?

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who run the projects that build the cloud. Our projects deliver the initial strategy, data centre design, construction, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.
The AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team is searching for a passionate and talented Manager who will manage a team of Technical Programme Managers to support projects growing our data centre infrastructure. The TPMs who report to this role lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver data centre capacity and deliver projects from strategy, conceptual design feasibility, requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
The TIPM Manager owns the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional data centre capacity programmes with high organisational impact, potentially spanning multiple regions. They lead a team of TIPMs, setting strategy while remaining hands-on in unblocking delivery. Operating where infrastructure build strategies and deployment plans may not yet be defined, they deliver independently with limited guidance, advising Senior Managers and Directors. They negotiate resources and priorities, make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and escalate effectively. They define infrastructure build requirements for new complex technical products, streamline processes, and actively mentor and develop their team.
The TIPM Manager will actively coach and develop their team through regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and tailored development plans. They will not just track delivery but build the capability of each individual to take on increasing complexity. They should be adept at managing performance with clarity and fairness, from identifying and stretching high performers through to having difficult conversations and managing underperformance. They need to create a team environment where people feel safe to escalate risks early, challenge assumptions, and learn from failures without fear.
You will be comfortable managing remote project delivery teams and possess the ability to facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot issues and remove barriers to project success. You will be able to build relationships with other cross-functional teams, establish trust with a variety of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate unnecessary activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and possess at least five years of experience in the people management of a team undertaking technical initiatives.
Strong judgement, negotiation skills, the ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, and leadership, along with the capacity to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, are a must. In addition to those with experience managing teams delivering data centre infrastructure candidates with a proven track record in people management in architecture/design, mechanical/electrical engineering, software/network engineering, or IT/telecom infrastructure deployments, will have a distinct advantage.
Do you look around corners to find ways of optimising resources and speeding up delivery? Do you enjoy dealing with ambiguity and finding solutions independently? Are you passionate about using technology to solve business problems that have a big customer impact?
Please come and build the future with us.

The AWS ANZ Partner Organization is looking for a Partner Development Manager to join our team, focused on the Commercial segment across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage a portfolio of partners, developing the joint business plans, co-sell motions, and relationships that help partners win with customers adopting and growing on AWS.
You sit at the intersection of partner management, sales execution, and market development, building trusted relationships with leaders at partner organisations while championing partner engagement with our Commercial sales teams. The role is as much about progressing customer opportunities alongside sellers as it is about managing partner relationships. You will use data, AI tools, and scalable engagement models to run your portfolio efficiently, going deep on the deals and partnerships that matter most and drawing on your team where the stakes are high. You combine business and technology fluency: you can talk with a partner leader about their AWS practice, then pivot to working with solution architects on a technical integration. You think about how partners create value for customers, and you turn plans into pipeline and revenue.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and execute a partner business plan for a portfolio of consulting and technology partners in the Commercial segment, aligning partner capabilities with customer needs and AWS priorities.
- Build and manage strong working relationships at partner organisations, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for your portfolio.
- Create and progress partner-attached pipeline with Commercial sales teams, drawing on your team for the most complex deals.
- Contribute to joint go-to-market plans - solution development, demand generation, and industry plays - and execute them to drive measurable outcomes.
- Assess partner technical capabilities and inform investment in priority practice areas including migration, modernisation, and AI/ML.
- Own reporting on partner performance, pipeline health, and business plan attainment, delivering reviews to Director level with data-driven insights.
- Champion partner engagement across AWS sales, solutions architecture, and marketing, influencing without authority to reduce deal friction.
- Share best practices and help develop peers, contributing to team capability and operational excellence.
A day in the life
Your day balances partner engagement with deal execution. You might start by reviewing pipeline data across your portfolio, then join a customer call alongside a consulting partner pursuing a migration opportunity. Mid-morning you run a portfolio review with a partner's team, following your regular cadence. After lunch you help shape a go-to-market play for an AI workload with a solutions architect and a partner practice lead. Later you work with a sales team on positioning a partner-led solution for a competitive deal, bringing in a specialist where you need one. Between meetings you connect across sales, solutions architecture, and marketing to keep deals moving.
