Accommodation & Cleaning Operations ManagerAP All CleanAirlie Beach, Whitsunday QLDFull-time Permanent$75,000 - $85,000 per year + superannuationAP All Clean is a growing local business providing cleaning for holiday accommodation,short-term rental properties and residential homes throughout the Whitsunday region.We are seeking an organised and experienced Accommodation & Cleaning OperationsManager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday accommodation services.About the roleThe successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the operational requirements ofmultiple short-term rental properties, including property turnovers, housekeeping team, staffscheduling, supplies, quality control and communication with property owners andaccommodation partners.This is a hands-on management position within a growing business, requiring someone who canwork independently, coordinate multiple priorities and ensure properties are consistentlymaintained and prepared for guests.Key responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operational requirements of holiday rental properties. Coordinate property turnovers and ensure properties are prepared for incoming guests. Prepare staff rosters and allocate cleaning and housekeeping duties. Supervise and support cleaning and housekeeping staff. Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of properties. Communicate with property owners, property managers and accommodation partners. Respond to operational issues relating to properties and coordinate appropriatesolutions. Order and manage linen, cleaning products, equipment and other supplies. Coordinate changing requirements between bookings and guest stays. Develop and maintain efficient procedures for property preparation and housekeeping Assist with recruitment, training and supervision of staff.About youWe are looking for someone who is: Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within hospitality, hotels, resortsor accommodation properties. Detail-oriented with high standards of property presentation. Strong communication and organisational skills. Availability to work a flexible roster when required.
