    Employment Status: Fixed Term Full Time (until 02/07/2027) Location: Bendigo (hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite) Closing date: 06/10/2026 Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, this role will work as part of the Technical Change team on the SuccessFactors implementation project. This role will be a critical role, helping to lead the technical streams closing out aspects related to integrations and planning for and executing go live. Our integrations include Active Directory, UKG Pro, Bank clearing house, ATO, flat file reports, Fit2Work and AHPRA. The role will also work closely with the Loddon Mallee Workforce Systems teams (the current System Administrators of SuccessFactors) and our various vendors and implementation partners and local ICT to achieve results. Note: Open to negoitiation of a secondment opportunity for staff currently working within the Victorian Public Health Sector. The Loddon Mallee Shared Services Loddon Mallee Shared Services provides ICT services to all health services currently within the Loddon Mallee network. The services LMSS provide can range from ICT helpdesk, implementation and management of approved applications to consolidating regional platforms with dedicated support teams. As a self-funded initiative, the LMSS is governed by the Department of Health rural-public-health-care-agencies-ict-alliance-policy.docx as well as a Joint Venture Agreement between the health services. The Administration Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support and leadership of the Health Information Services (HIS) administration team, and providing assistance to the HIS Administration Supervisor. This role encompasses participating in an on-call roster, completing invoices, assisting with Kronos upkeep and approvals, coordination of day-to-day staff workload and staff rostering responsibilities. The role also includes administrative processes associated with converting paper based medical records into digital format, including auditing electronic formats; customer service with contact with internal and external customers occurring via phone, fax, email and face to face interactions. It also involves being trained within the Emergency Department Health Information Support Officer (HISO) role. The Emergency Department has a wide and varied selection of responsibilities with the main focus of registrations and admissions of patients presenting to the Emergency Department and being a support service for the clinical team. Placements within these units/departments may be on Bendigo Health's hospital campus or offsite at one of our many locations. Casual staff are expected to report to the relevant manager or supervisor on the day that they are required to attend work. Specific instructions regarding the duties to be undertaken will be provided at this time. Casual Administration Bank employees may have the opportunity to undertake short term backfill assignments across a range of administrative areas within the organisation. These opportunities may arise to support periods of planned or unplanned leave, including long service leave, annual leave, parental leave, secondments, and other temporary vacancies.
