Backed by more than 40 years of success delivering major infrastructure projects, Bielby is seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead its first major infrastructure project win in NSW.The role will initially be based in Sydney during design, before mobilising to a regional site. This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of a $400M major regional infrastructure project that will restore and strengthen critical transport links across regional New South Wales. More importantly, it is an opportunity to play a key role in Bielby's strategic expansion within NSW and establish a lasting legacy with a contractor that empowers its leaders to make decisions and drive outcomes.This role offers full project lifecycle ownership, from design stage, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement through to successful delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction. What You'll Do Provide executive leadership across all aspects of the project overseeing the design phase and through to mobilisation and completion.Develop and execute the project delivery strategy, ensuring safety, commercial, quality, program and stakeholder objectives are achieved.Lead and inspire a high-performing project team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence.Build and maintain trusted relationships with government agencies, local authorities, clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.Drive project financial performance through rigorous forecasting, risk management, contract administration and commercial leadership.Oversee procurement strategies, subcontractor management and supply chain performance.Manage the challenges associated with large-scale regional project delivery, including workforce planning, resource mobilisation and logistics.Lead project governance, reporting and performance reviews at both project and executive level.Ensure Bielby's safety-first culture is embedded across all project activities. What You'll Bring 15+ years of civil construction experience, including significant leadership experience on major road, transport or infrastructure projects.Proven success delivering projects valued from $400M+ within complex stakeholder environments.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated expertise in contracts, risk, forecasting, claims and project controls.Exceptional leadership capability with the ability to build, mentor and retain high-performing teams.Experience working closely with government clients, infrastructure authorities and major stakeholders.Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.A strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational delivery, commercial performance and long-term business objectives. Traffic Manager Bielby is experiencing a period of sustained growth, supported by a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects and continued expansion into new regions. Building on over 40 years of successful major project delivery, we are seeking an accomplished Traffic Manager to join our team and play a critical role in the delivery of a major $400M regional road restoration project.Initially based in Sydney before mobilising to project, this role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of traffic management strategy and delivery across a major regional road restoration project that will improve connectivity and resilience across regional NSW.As Traffic Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of road users throughout project delivery while working closely with Transport for NSW, clients, local authorities and project teams to minimise disruption and maximise project outcomes. What You'll Do Lead the development, implementation and management of project-wide traffic management strategies. Oversee design, review and approval processes for Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS). Ensure compliance with Transport for NSW requirements, Austroads guidelines and project specifications. Manage traffic staging, road occupancy approvals and stakeholder coordination activities. Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure traffic impacts are effectively managed throughout construction. Liaise with clients, local councils, emergency services, regulatory authorities and community stakeholders. Lead traffic risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented. Monitor traffic performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and project delivery outcomes. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to traffic management personnel across the project. Support future tenders and project pursuits with traffic management expertise and delivery input. What You'll Bring Extensive experience in traffic management leadership across major road and civil infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of Transport for NSW traffic management requirements and standards.Proven experience developing and implementing complex traffic staging strategies. Demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships across government, client and community interfaces. Strong knowledge of temporary traffic management, road occupancy requirements and operational risk management. Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams and influence project outcomes across multidisciplinary environments. Relevant traffic management qualifications and industry accreditations.
