As the Administration Assistant in Community Law Enforcement and Waste, you provide high level administrative support to the Manager Community Law Enforcement and Waste and support coordinators, team leaders and supervisors across the section. You help keep daily operations organised by coordinating VIP correspondence, managing meeting schedules, preparing agendas, taking minutes, maintaining action lists and managing records. You support teams that deliver red and green lidded bin collections, household clean up services, bin maintenance, parking enforcement and ranger services across the city. You also process invoices and purchase orders, respond to enquiries, coordinate events and functions, maintain calendars and assist with reporting and project work. Your work helps important services run efficiently. By keeping information accurate, meetings organised and correspondence moving, you support teams that help maintain safe public spaces and deliver reliable waste services for the community. This role suits someone who is organised, professional and able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. As a Library Technician - Customer Service, you present children's programs that support early literacy, assist customers to find resources, answer enquiries and help people use library technology. You join new members, explain library services and digital platforms, process loans and returns, and support the day-to-day operation of library spaces. Every day looks different. You might help a customer access eBooks and online resources, guide someone to study materials, or assist with circulation desk services. You work closely with colleagues to provide friendly, timely service and help customers get the most from their library membership. Your work makes a difference to a diverse community of all ages and backgrounds. You help people access information, technology, study spaces, programs and collections that support learning, connection and lifelong discovery. This is a part-time opportunity working 15 hours per week for up to 12 months, including a regular Sunday shift.
