The Opportunity
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the New Mandurah Hospital project. The Opportunity

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, buildability and quality assurance processes. The Opportunity As the Document Controller you will collaborate closely with the Design Management team to implement document control and design change management protocols, the Senior CA to assist in the subcontract and head contract admin of the project and the Senior Project Manager to manage all practical completion documentation. Here's what a typical day might look like for you: Quality Assurance - Assist the design and delivery teams in the submission and approval of samples, maintenance of registers and collation of materials; Managing Subcontractor Documentation - Assist in the management of subcontractor document control requirements, claims and payments; Design - Management and distribution of design documentation ensuring weekly checks are undertaken, follow up issue of updated drawings and handover forms etc. Programming - Ensuring up to date programs are transmitted to all subcontractors, timely submission of cost reports and project reporting; Commercial - Assist with subcontractor payments, creditor invoices and ensure all delivery, labour and day dockets are completed.
