  • Location - Waterloo Permanent Full Time role - (part time 4 days may be considered) Pay rate -$39 per hour + superannuation 7 additional leave days per year Up to $18,550 tax free with not for profit salary packaging We have a great opportunity for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Identified Aged Care Customer Service Officer to join our Aged Care Assessment Services ('ACAS') team in Sydney. Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) operate independently of Catholic Healthcare and play a pivotal role in ensuring that Older Australians are assessed for the care and services they truly need. What will your role look like? Our Customer Service Officer will provide strong and efficient administration support and customer service to our ACAS clients, particularly those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. In this key role, you will manage enquiries, referrals and opportunities through the sales journey, helping prospective residents and families understand their options and transition smoothly from initial enquiry through to admission. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a busy pipeline and making a meaningful difference for older Australians and their families. This is a 12 month full time contract based 5 days a week at our Head Office in Macquarie Park.
