Role summary
Developing and enhancing digital solutions that support maritime regulation, improve customer experience, streamline business processes and enhance data capability. The successful candidates will work closely with technical and business teams within a small, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages .
Deliver full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS , integrating front-end applications with backend services.
Work with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies , including Azure Functions, API Management, Logic Apps and Power Automate, while following established architecture, development, DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Pages .
Strong front-end and full-stack development skills, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies , Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices, together with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions .
Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI.

The primary purpose of the Senior Manager Project Controls role is to lead the project controls team and ensure project controls practices are implemented into the ways of working within Rail branch of Infrastructure & Place Division in line with current standards and best practice within industry. This would then facilitate the successful delivery of program and improve efficiencies, whilst implementing appropriate controls and project artefacts, and providing assurance on the management and delivery of major projects.
The Senior Manager Project Controls role will also deliver core project controls functions including
Cost management, Risk Management, Schedule Management, Document management, Governance, Status and Performance Reporting, and Change Control. The role will be working closely with Director Project Performance to ensure all the key aspect of project controls are aligned with the overall strategy implemented by Commercial, Performance and Strategy branch of Infrastructure and Place Division.
2.2. Key Challenges
Supporting the project delivery Teams, the scope of the Professional Services Contractor includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Lead the implementation of TfNSW endorsed standards for consistent processes and procedures in relation to project/program performance parameters including but not limited to estimating, cost, schedule, resource and risk management, document management and reporting.
Provide the project management team with integrated, accurate, and timely advice, information and capability to drive achievement of project/program objectives.

1. Scope of Services
1.1. Scope
The primary purpose of the Senior Project Planner/Scheduler role is to provide planning and scheduling, schedule analysis and reporting, Earned Value Management, claim and variation review and analysis, and contribution to Schedule Risk Analysis. The Project Planner/Scheduler mainly works on Rolling Stock programs and will be responsible to ensure all the schedules are adhered to TfNSW scheduling standards. Also, this role will drive the automation process for schedule reporting across Rolling Stock Delivery.
1.2. Key Accountabilities
Supporting Director Project Controls, Schedulers and delivery teams, the scope of the Professional Services Contractor includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Review of the Suppliers schedule and provide feedback on the findings to the project team. Review, update, and advise on the interdependent project and the associated milestones.
Monthly updates to the project schedule Level 3, in conjunction with the suppliers/contractors schedules.
Review the suppliers/contractors schedule updates and report observations and findings
Critical Path Analysis and time delay of the contractor delivery program with Agreed Baseline Program.
o Review suppliers/contractors monthly report and provide comments and feedback.
o Provide inputs to the program review reports.
Reports on the EVM elements and update the relevant reports/dashboards accordingly.
Suggest corrective actions for negative floats , change in logic , resequencing of activities & the reasons for the delay
Review and verify program possession calendars are aligned with TfNSW revised global calendars, including possession calendars.
Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) Commercial Performance & Strategy (CPS) to ensure relevant P6 Codes are assigned to the activities/milestones.

b) Actively manage risks and issues and recording the status of these to ensure successful project delivery.
c) Implement program delivery processes to ensure the program of projects is delivered by achieving agreed milestones and outcomes.
d) Consolidate and distribute project and program status reports to support business analysis and decision making.
e) Manage project change requests, ensuring effective tracking and compliance with approval processes.
