  • Operations Administrator Building Services

You will be involved across different areas of the operation, from supporting customers and field technicians through to accounts administration and keeping jobs moving. What will your role involve? Supporting the service team with a broad range of administration and operational requirements. Helping field technicians with job administration, scheduling updates, documentation, work order updates and system requirements. Processing invoices, purchase orders and assisting with supplier queries. Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including billing, account queries and follow-up. Responding to customer enquiries and keeping them updated on service-related matters. Working with customers, technicians and internal teams to resolve operational and billing queries. Keeping job information, records and documentation accurate and up to date. Assisting with reporting, data entry and wider branch administration. Managing your workload and keeping priorities moving within required timeframes. Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiencies. About you You are likely someone who likes being organised, takes pride in getting things done properly and is comfortable dealing with different people throughout your day. You can manage your own responsibilities while still enjoying being part of a wider team. You will also bring: Previous experience in administration, operations support, service administration, coordination or a similar role. General accounts administration experience, including Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. Strong customer service and communication skills. Confidence working with customers, field technicians and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload. Experience using business or ERP systems and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. A proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas when you see a better way of doing something. Experience within building services, facilities management or another field-service environment would be helpful, but it is not essential. What can you expect?   • Project Manager Fire Protection

    Ready to take the next step in your Fire career, or looking for a Project Manager role where you will have the right people around you? Based in Alice Springs, this opportunity will see you manage commercial Fire installation projects ranging from minor works to $1.5 million. Whether your background is Wet Fire, Dry Fire or both, you can build on your existing knowledge while broadening your experience across different areas of Fire. This opportunity is equally suited to an experienced Project Manager or a strong Fire Supervisor or Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career. The Opportunity You will take ownership of commercial Fire installation projects from planning through to completion and handover, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and other project stakeholders. You will be joining an established business with a strong presence across the Northern Territory and a highly accomplished Alice Springs team. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial Fire installation projects from planning through to handover. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and project resources. Manage project schedules, costs, procurement and variations. Attend site meetings and coordinate clients and project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress and resolve issues throughout delivery. Ensure work meets relevant Australian Standards and compliance requirements. Deliver projects safely, efficiently and commercially. About You Your experience will ideally include: Experience within the Fire industry, gained with a Fire contractor. Wet Fire, Dry Fire or combined Fire experience. Project Management experience, or Fire supervisory/team leadership experience with the capability to step up. Experience coordinating installation work, labour and subcontractors. Good commercial awareness across project costs, variations and resource planning. Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and compliance requirements. Current NT driver's licence and full Australian working rights.   • Service Coordinator Electronic Security

You will join a supportive and experienced Electronic Security team, with ongoing training as you learn the technical side of the industry, while having the autonomy to take ownership of your role. Your ideas will be welcomed, giving you the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and have a genuine influence on how the role develops. The Opportunity Working closely with the Security Supervisor, you will coordinate and schedule Electronic Security Technicians across customer sites throughout Perth, surrounding areas and regional WA for servicing, maintenance, testing and fault finding. Priorities can change quickly. You might be rearranging schedules to accommodate an urgent customer request, organising parts or equipment, raising work orders or making sure technicians and customers have the information they need. You will be the link between technicians, customers and the wider service team, keeping communication flowing and ensuring job information is accurately recorded and kept up to date. Previous Electronic Security experience would be welcomed but is not essential. If you have strong technical aptitude, pick up new systems and terminology quickly and are genuinely interested in learning the industry, you could be well suited to this role. Key Responsibilities Schedule Electronic Security Technicians across customer sites throughout Perth, surrounding areas and regional WA. Coordinate workloads and scheduled works, adjusting priorities when required. Liaise with customers regarding technician attendance and work requirements. Communicate with technicians regarding schedules, jobs and changes. Raise and maintain work orders and quoted works. Accurately record and update job and customer information. Raise purchase orders and organise spare parts and hire equipment when required. Coordinate technician travel, considering location, workload and scheduling requirements. Respond to customer enquiries and provide administration support to the service team. About You You may already coordinate field technicians within a technical service environment or have strong scheduling and administration experience and the aptitude and interest to learn a new industry. Ideally, you will bring: Experience scheduling or coordinating field technicians within a service environment. Strong organisation and administration skills with excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt when schedules change. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand technical information. Confidence communicating with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders. Strong written communication and accurate data entry skills. Confident using Microsoft Outlook, with MS Word and MS Excel skills to an intermediate level or above. Exposure to Pronto, Salesforce or another ERP/CRM system would be advantageous.
