We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled operators and General labourers for the Carmody Hill Wind FarmWhat we offer:- Competitive hourly rates + Overtime Penalties - Immediate start available - Supportive team environment - Work with reputable civil contractors- Opportunities for upskillingWhat we are looking for; For Multi-Skilled Operators:Proven experience operating Plant such as, but not limited to: Articulated Truck/Scraper/Roller/Excavator/Water Cart Valid and relevant plant operation licenses/certifications applicable to the machinery being operatedAbility to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on plant machinery.Experience working in a construction or similar environment is highly desirable.Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and regulations Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshootingExperience working in a construction or similar environment is highly desirableStrong Safety AwarenessPhysically fit and capable of manual labourFollow site plans and protocols Willingness to work away when requiredFor Labourers:Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar manual labour role.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Understanding of site safety procedures.Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent.Ability to work effectively as part of a team or Independently Experience with site cleanup, material handling, and general labouring duties.General Requirements:Whitecard Commitment to safetyReliability and punctualityAbility to follow instructionsGood communication skills Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
