    The Role:Mahogany Bar and Restaurant play an integral role in Crown Sydney's premium gaming floor, delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences within a luxury environment. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the management team in driving service excellence, leading high-performing teams and ensuring every guest interaction reflects Crown Sydney's premium standards.
    You will lead by example on the floor, support daily venue operations, coach and develop team members, and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences while ensuring the venue operates efficiently and effectively.

Supporting a complex hospitality and entertainment environment, this role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of engineering asset data, supporting maintenance projects and ensuring asset records remain accurate across Crown's physical infrastructure such as Mechnical, Electrical and Plumbing. Working closely with engineers, maintenance teams and contractors, you'll help ensure plant, equipment and building assets are correctly recorded, maintained and reported on, supporting effective planning, compliance and operational performance.
    This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems and process improvement within an engineering or facilities environment.
    What You'll DoMaintain and improve engineering asset registers, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure records remain accurate and up to date.Verify asset information following installations, upgrades and decommissioning activities, ensuring maintenance systems accurately reflect current asset status.Support engineering and maintenance projects through documentation management, reporting, work order administration and project tracking.Monitor contractor performance against agreed deliverables and maintain accurate maintenance, service and compliance records.Analyse asset and maintenance data to identify discrepancies, improve data quality and support operational decision-making.Produce reports and insights to support maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management and engineering operations.
