Responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and taking queries from potential clients with the overall goal of generating & maturing leads to be passed off to your sales partner
Screening and qualifying potential business through cold calling, emails & LinkedIn
Effective use of CRM and various in-house tools to manage your leads and data
Ability to 'think outside the square' and generate your own leads
Requirements Previous experience as a BDM in both developing new business and retaining relationships with existing clients
Experience in the flooring industry (preferably commercial)
A proven track record of going above and beyond in exceeding targets and KPI's
Excellent communication skills
Good computer skills, experience using CRM systems
A valid drivers license and not at risk of losing it

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate all documentation from contract signing through to construction commencement
• Track and manage building approvals, certifications, and authority requirements
