About the Role
Our Arrotex Pharma team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Territory Manager with strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills to join the team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for executing our pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategy across your territory, retaining and growing existing pharmacy customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key Requirements
Experience in a similar account management/customer-facing role where negotiating and sales are regularly used as part of your responsibilities. Tertiary qualification in Business or Science is desirable. Strong contract negotiation skills are preferred. A high level of emotional intelligence and people skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to create innovative workable solutions; proactive anticipation of needs, with the ability to foresee challenges and problems, and take action to prevent them. About the Role

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Engagement Coordinator Support to join DBG Health on a fixed-term contract from November 2026 to March 2027.
Working closely with the Customer Engagement Manager, Events Team and broader Commercial Team, you will assist with the planning, coordination and execution of key customer engagement initiatives, with a primary focus on the planning and delivery of APP2027, alongside other DBG Group and Medical (HCP) conferences.
You will help coordinate event logistics, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, event-focused environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities in the lead-up to major industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of APP2027, including registrations, accommodation, catering, meeting rooms and event logistics. Coordinate event administration including invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, reporting, invoices and documentation. Assist with the delivery of DBG Group and Medical/HCP conferences, coordinating materials, merchandise and event assets. Work closely with internal stakeholders, venues, suppliers and agency partners to ensure seamless event execution. Support budget tracking, event reporting and post-event reviews, while providing broader project support to the Customer Engagement Manager and Events Team.
Key Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in event coordination, administration or project support, ideally coordinating events or projects of varying sizes. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal and external teams. High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Qualifications or experience in Events, Marketing, Business or Project Management are highly regarded, with availability to travel to the Gold Coast for APP2027 required.

Complete balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve accounting issues to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Prepare monthly financial reports and support compliance activities, including GST reporting and audit requirements. Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and reconciliations.
