What you'll be doing As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be one of the friendly faces and voices of The Capricornian Bank. You'll help customers in branch and over the phone with a wide range of everyday banking needs. Your day might include: Helping customers with everyday banking, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cards and account enquiries. Opening new accounts and memberships, managing customer details and assisting with term deposits.
