This is an exciting opportunity for a Infrastructure and Maintenance Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager and Infrastructure and Maintenance Team. Pre-employment screening for vaccination against Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be conducted for the successful applicant.

Mandatory Requirements Current Blue Card positive notice or exemption, or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement Current Queensland Drivers Licence National Police Check within the last 3 months or willing and able to obtain prior to commencement Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Experience in fleet and/or asset management Demonstrated experience in coordinating building, fleet maintenance and refurbishment projects, preferably in a healthcare environment Demonstrated ability to engage with and build appropriate relationships, internal and external stakeholders, including community groups Understanding of building asset and equipment lifecycle management principles and processes High level communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present information to all levels of the organisation in a clear and succinct manner Attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks with high degree of accuracy and within agreed timeframes and with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills Why work for us? This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer - Office of the Chief Executive to provide efficient, professional and confidential administrative support to the Executive Assistant - Office of the Chief Executive.
The role supports effective office coordination, communication, financial administration, meeting coordination and workplace operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Office of the Chief Executive.
This position also undertakes Reception duties for the Cairns office of Apunipima Cape York Health Council. Pre-employment screening for vaccination against Vaccine Preventable Diseases will be conducted for the successful applicant.
