Weekend Pub Security / Crowd ControllerFriday & Saturday Nights Grand Hotel HealesvilleThe Grand Hotel Healesville is looking for an experienced and reliable Crowd Controller to join our team for regular Friday and Saturday night shifts.We're a country pub in a small community, so we're looking for someone who understands that good security is as much about people skills as it is crowd control.You'll need to be friendly and approachable with our regulars, know how to read a situation, and be experienced enough to step in calmly when needed. We're not looking for a nightclub-style approach - we want someone who understands the relaxed, community feel of a country pub while still keeping our staff and patrons safe.The role includes:Friday & Saturday night shiftsRegular ongoing workMonitoring the bar, beer garden and surrounding areasKeeping an eye on patron behaviour and RSA issuesDe-escalating situations calmly before they become a problemAssisting staff with refusing entry or removing patrons when necessaryHelping us maintain a safe, friendly environment for everyoneAbout you:Current Victorian Crowd Controller licenceExperienced in pub, bar or hospitality securityReliable and punctualConfident without being confrontationalFriendly, approachable and able to have a laughGood judgement and strong communication skillsSomeone who understands country pub culture and a close-knit communityWe're Tom & Lisa, local owners of the Grand Hotel Healesville.
