The ideal candidate will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the overall administration of HDS Legal Group Pty Ltd ATF HDS Legal Family Trust.This is a full-time role. Tasks include:providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management and financial planning of the organisationdeveloping and managing the organisations staff resourcesdeveloping and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisationanalysing resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation and preparing associated reportsproviding information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgetsleading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations
