    About the role
This is a highly autonomous, field-based sales role with plenty of scope to make it your own.
A key focus will be developing new business, building your own network and identifying opportunities across a broad commercial market.
You ll use a mix of prospecting, networking, referrals and face-to-face engagement to build relationships and grow your customer base.
That could include commercial offices, gyms, healthcare environments, warehouses, Early Learning Centers, workplaces and a wide range of other businesses where quality drinking water solutions can add value.

You ll work with decision-makers to understand their needs, recommend the right solution and manage opportunities through the sales process from initial conversation through to installation.

The role gives you genuine freedom to manage your day and pursue opportunities, while still providing the structure, training and support to help you succeed.

    Key responsibilities
    In this role, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and manage your own sales pipeline Engage with prospective customers through phone, networking and face-to-face activity Build strong relationships with business owners and commercial decision-makers Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations and presentations Negotiate and close new sales opportunities Manage opportunities through the sales process from first contact to installation Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience Develop relationships that support repeat business and referrals Take ownership of your market and identify new areas for growth About you

You may equally come from retail sales, hospitality, field sales, promotional sales or have previously run your own business.

The business has successfully hired people from a wide range of backgrounds because the common denominator is not industry experience, but it is attitude, commercial awareness and the ability to connect with people.

You ll be someone who enjoys meeting new people, building rapport and identifying opportunities.

You are self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable managing your own time and priorities.

You like having ownership of your results and the freedom to build your market in a way that works.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market rather than sitting behind a desk all day.

You ll spend your time meeting customers, building relationships, developing opportunities and growing your network.

Our client offers genuine autonomy, supported by a comprehensive induction, product training and a structured approach to helping new starters build confidence and momentum.

The Brisbane market offers significant growth potential, with a broad range of industries and customers still available to develop.

At $75K base + $15K car allowance + uncapped commission, the advertised OTE is around $125K.

Importantly, that is not an earnings ceiling.

For people who consistently build relationships, create opportunities and convert business, there is genuine scope to earn considerably more.

If you are looking for a role where you can own your day, build your own market and be directly rewarded for the results you create, we would love to hear from you.

  • Project Manager Concrete

    - Sunshine Coast

    Project Manager Major Concrete Operations
    Sunshine Coast
Highly competitive Salary paid relocation costs considered

Take ownership of the concrete operations supporting one of the Sunshine Coast s most significant infrastructure projects and help establish the next operation from the ground up.
Our client is one of Australia s leading construction materials organisations, with an extensive network of concrete, quarry and operational sites across the country and their people and products support major residential, commercial and civil infrastructure projects, helping to build stronger and more sustainable communities.
Based near Cooroy, you will lead the onsite concrete operations supporting a complex dam improvement project. You will manage plant performance, people, customer relationships, budgets and production delivery, while also helping prepare for an additional project operation at Coolum.
This is not a desk-based project-management position. You will be visible on site, working alongside your team, resolving operational issues and ensuring concrete is produced safely, consistently and in line with demanding project schedules.
This is a permanent position offering exposure to a strong pipeline of major projects beyond the current program.

    Your next opportunity
Reporting to the Major Projects Manager for South East Queensland Concrete, you will initially take responsibility for an established onsite operation at Lake Macdonald.

As the project develops, you will also play an important role in establishing and staffing the next concrete operation at Coolum, with the potential to oversee multiple project sites across the Sunshine Coast.

You will lead four direct reports and coordinate approximately drivers, working closely with the principal construction contractor, technical teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

The environment is fast-moving and highly accountable. Production volumes are significant, customer expectations are high and reliable plant performance is critical to the successful delivery of the broader infrastructure program.

    Your responsibilities
Lead safe, reliable and efficient concrete operations across major project sites Manage daily production requirements against changing project schedules and customer demand Coordinate concrete orders, batching activities, testing and technical support Maintain plant availability and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance Lead, coach and develop production employees and drivers Create an engaged, accountable and safety-focused site culture Conduct toolbox talks and ensure employees and contractors follow site requirements Build strong working relationships with construction partners, engineers and other stakeholders Respond quickly and professionally to customer concerns and operational issues Manage site expenditure, labour costs, budgets, forecasts and operational performance Monitor production, service, safety and plant-performance targets Drive continuous improvement across plant operations, systems and processes Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for the new project operation Assist with concrete batching and front-end loader operations when required Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality requirements
    About you
You are an experienced operational leader who is equally comfortable talking with production employees on the plant floor and meeting with engineers and senior project stakeholders.
You remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly and take ownership when production priorities change or problems arise. You understand that strong customer relationships must be supported by safe operations, reliable equipment and consistent delivery.
    You will ideally bring:
Operational leadership experience within concrete production or a closely related environment A sound understanding of concrete batching, production processes and quality requirements Experience leading plant-based teams in a safety-critical environment Strong customer and stakeholder-management capability The confidence to work directly with construction managers, engineers and project representatives Experience managing production schedules, labour, costs, budgets and operational targets Practical knowledge of plant maintenance, reliability and asset utilisation The ability to balance competing priorities in a high-volume operation A visible and hands-on leadership style Front-end loader operating experience and ideally a current front-end loader ticket A valid Construction White Card A current driver s license and clean driving record
Experience within civil construction, aggregates, quarrying or another heavy production environment may also be considered where you can demonstrate meaningful exposure to concrete operations.
Formal project-management or engineering qualifications are welcome but are not essential. Your operational experience, leadership capability and understanding of concrete production will carry greater weight.
If you do not currently hold a front-end loader ticket but have relevant operational experience and are willing and able to obtain one, we would still welcome a conversation.

    Why this opportunity stands out
This role offers considerably more scope than managing a single permanent concrete plant.
You will work at the centre of a significant civil infrastructure project where your decisions directly influence production continuity, customer outcomes and project delivery. You will inherit an established operation, help shape a new site and have the opportunity to build and lead its team.
    You will also receive:
A permanent, full-time position not a project-based contract An attractive salary package including a tool of the trade vehicle plus relocation assistance if required. A predominantly Monday-to-Friday day-shift roster Exposure to complex, high-profile infrastructure delivery The opportunity to establish and grow additional concrete operations An accessible manager who encourages autonomy and open communication Really positive culture on site Strong technical, safety and operational support Long-term career opportunities across major projects and operational leadership Access to employee support and professional-development programs
If you are ready to take ownership of a complex concrete operation, build trusted customer relationships and lead a team delivering an important Sunshine Coast infrastructure project, we would like to hear from you.

  • We are partnering with a major Australian industrial organisation delivering a substantial capital program within an established heavy manufacturing site in the Southern Highlands of NSW. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Site Integration & Commissioning to take responsibility for bringing multiple capital project packages together through final construction, commissioning and transition into operations.

This is one of those roles where your title may currently be Construction Manager, Commissioning Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Commissioning Superintendent.

What matters most is that you understand what happens on the ground as construction reaches completion and individual systems need to come together, be tested, commissioned and handed over to the operating business.

This role is the interface between the site and the project, including procedures, integration with management systems and ultimately commissioning and handover. It is important to note that while a Project Manager could potentially do the role, its emphasis is much more heavily on construction and commissioning than conventional project management.

    What you'll be responsible for
You will coordinate final construction and commissioning activities across multiple project workstreams and ensure systems are ready to safely transition into operations.

    Your responsibilities will include:
Lead site integration across multiple capital project packages Coordinate construction completion and commissioning activities Bring together mechanical, process, electrical and control systems Coordinate contractors and package managers across complex interfaces Ensure systems are ready for testing and commissioning Manage commissioning readiness and completion requirements Coordinate staged tie-ins and shutdown activities Support energisation and plant start-up Coordinate system ramp-up and transition into operations Drive punch-list and defect closure Ensure commissioning documentation and procedures are complete Coordinate closely with engineering, project and operational teams Identify interface risks before they impact commissioning Maintain an integrated view of commissioning progress and readiness Drive contractors toward safe, timely completion and handover The role ultimately connects the project delivery team with the operating business, ensuring what has been constructed can actually be safely operated, maintained and handed over. This operational interface was specifically emphasised in the client briefing.

This is a hands-on site role - Although there will naturally be planning, coordination, documentation and reporting responsibilities, this is not intended to be an office-based PM position. You will work closely with contractors day to day, and during active construction and commissioning periods a significant proportion of your time will be spent on site.

The organisation has dedicated safety support, but the Construction Manager remains responsible for ensuring work is safely executed within the live operating environment.

What we're looking for - Ideally you will bring:
5-10 years' experience across industrial construction, commissioning or project delivery Strong experience working within a live or brownfield plant Demonstrated commissioning and plant start-up capability Experience coordinating several contractors simultaneously Strong multidisciplinary systems integration experience Exposure to mechanical, process, electrical and control interfaces Shutdown and tie-in experience Strong understanding of work control and site safety systems Experience transitioning projects from construction into operations Practical problem-solving and strong site leadership capability Confidence working across contractors, engineers and operational stakeholders Experience in cement manufacturing is advantageous but not essential. Exp in mining, minerals processing, power generation, bulk materials, manufacturing and other heavy industrial environments could be equally relevant and candidates are encouraged to apply. An engineering or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or a related discipline is desirable but not mandatory when you have strong practical site and commissioning experience. So who could suit this role?
We would particularly like to hear from people who have previously been responsible for taking a plant or major industrial system through: Construction completion systems integration commissioning energisation/start-up operational handover. You could currently be working as a Construction Manager Commissioning Manager Construction & Commissioning Manager Commissioning Superintendent Project Manager Senior Project Engineer Integration Manager Start-Up Manager.

There is genuine scope to consider someone coming from a Project Manager background if you have the necessary construction and commissioning orientation.

    The opportunity
Rem: $180,000 + super Relocation Support Available Hybid role This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of a complex capital program rather than own just one isolated construction package. You will bring together multiple project streams and play a key role in ensuring newly constructed assets move successfully from project delivery into reliable operation. If you enjoy the final, complex stage of major industrial projects, when construction, commissioning, contractors, engineering and operations all converge, then this will be a particularly interesting assignment for you.

major infrastructure upgrade at its NSW Southern Highlands location.

This is a business critical investment that will secure the long-term supply of raw materials to its operations. The programme includes a new primary crusher, screening and conveying systems, an enclosed stacker reclaimer, and associated power, rail and site infrastructure. The completed facilities are designed to deliver 4 million tonnes of crushed rock each year.

The appeal of this role is the point at which you will join. Key equipment sourcing is under way, but the delivery structure and contracting approach are still being shaped. Our client wants an experienced leader who will take ownership, bring sound commercial judgement and build the team required to deliver the project successfully.

    What's in it for you?

High visibility and genuine accountability: work closely with senior leaders and take the project through to commissioning and operational handover. You will be supported by established engineering, procurement, operations, legal and planning teams.

    About you
You have personally led a major capital project involving crushing, processing plant or comparable bulk materials handling infrastructure. You may come from quarrying, mining, cement, minerals processing or another heavy industrial environment.

You will bring strong experience in contract strategy and administration, managing multiple specialist contractors, resolving commercial and technical interfaces, and delivering works within a live operation. You are equally credible on site and in an executive project review, and you know how to build a team that takes ownership of delivery.

An engineering degree or related qualification is required.

This is a site based fixed term opportunity, with the project currently expected to run through to approximately June 2029.
