As the Lead Account Manager - Process Solution , you will be accountable for overseeing and managing key client accounts and driving sales growth. In this role will focus on understanding customer needs and building framework that allow Honeywell to understand who we can help customers solve problems through use of our technologies and build sales of our products. Working as One Honeywell Technologies you will work with a cross-section of our business to deliver outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Being the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers. Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer. Develop and sustain long term customer relationships, engaging early in the customer buying process diagnosing customers' needs and tailoring solutions to match Strategic account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals; Identifying new sales opportunities Drives sales campaign and Line of Business (LOB) strategic initiatives and plan for account growth Leverages and marshals cross functional company resources to address customers drivers and initiatives in a consultative manner; Guides and leverages management and executive sponsor interactions with the customer Champions the customers' needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization Key Experience & Capabilities: Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent. Experience in solution sales. Proven track record of success in industry/ business environment Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels) Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning Marketing and project management experience is desirable Previous working experience in a complex organization Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell. The primary focus of this role is to deliver comprehensive general handyman support while overseeing the coordination of all maintenance and operational works across Darwin. This includes ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and presentable at all times, managing day to day repair tasks, and acting as the central point of contact for scheduling, supervising, and following up on all reactive, planned, and subcontracted works.

    Responsibilities
    Carry out and complete general maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.Coordinate all reactive, planned, corrective, and quoted works by engaging and scheduling subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of all activities.Maintain full compliance with contract requirements and KPIs by overseeing the lifecycle of reactive, planned, and corrective work orders, ensuring they meet service-level expectations and documentation standards.Prepare, manage, and distribute operational reports to support the monitoring of contract deliverables, performance trends, and compliance obligations.Ensure all customer compliance requirements are met, including adherence to site-specific procedures, reporting obligations, safety standards, and contractual expectations.
