Coordinating product withdrawals and recalls in partnership with Quality Assurance and key stakeholders. Monitoring store task completion and providing reporting and insights to business leaders. Facilitating cross-functional meetings, forums, and merchandise execution activities. Supporting the planning and administration of State Manager and Regional Manager meetings and conferences. Managing merchandise and store support inboxes, responding to queries and coordinating escalations. Coordinating store consumables, uniforms, fixtures, and operational supplies. Supporting supplier administration, forecasting, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and service requirements. Working closely with Technology teams to resolve system issues and improve store support processes. Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve store execution and operational efficiency. What you'll bring Experience in retail operations, merchandise operations, or a similar coordination role. Strong planning, administration, and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to turn complex requirements into simple store-friendly instructions. Experience working across multiple functions including Merchandise, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and HR. A practical and customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following tasks through to completion. Confidence using retail task management, workflow, or enterprise systems. Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, WorkJam, or similar business platforms will be highly regarded. Previous experience within discount, value, or large multi-site retail environments would be advantageous.
