The Role We're looking for a Plant Administrator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the safe, compliant and efficient delivery and management of plant and equipment across this major infrastructure project. This is more than an administration role. You'll be at the centre of the plant onboarding process, working with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and safety professionals to ensure equipment is ready to safely enter and operate across the project. Role and Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding and compliance of mechanical plant and equipment across T2D project sites. Manage plant information, data entry, verification and tracking through 3D Safety. Review and maintain critical compliance documentation, including SWMS, inspections, risk assessments and maintenance records. Complete initial compliance checks to ensure plant meets T2D and legislative requirements. Maintain accurate plant registers, records and servicing schedules. Work closely with Plant Coordinators, site teams and Safety personnel to resolve compliance issues. Support the onboarding of operators and ensure accurate plant-to-operator linking in 3D Safety. Monitor document and certification expiry dates and proactively follow up outstanding information. Identify and escalate plant compliance risks to ensure issues are addressed quickly. Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Plant team. About You Experience in plant administration, construction administration or a similar coordination role. Strong knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment, ideally within civil construction or infrastructure. Experience using 3D Safety or similar safety, compliance or plant management systems. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and record keeping. Confident communicating with site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and project stakeholders. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proactive approach to identifying issues, following up outstanding information and getting things done. Previous experience operating plant or working closely with plant and equipment will be highly regarded. The Role: Reporting to the Traffic Manager, the Traffic Site Engineer will support the planning, coordination and implementation of traffic management activities across multiple work fronts. Working closely with construction teams, traffic subcontractors and key stakeholders, the role will ensure traffic staging is delivered safely, meets regulatory requirements and minimises disruption to the travelling public. Responsibilities: • Coordinate implementation of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) on site
• Support the planning and staging of lane closures, detours and traffic switches to enable construction works
• Liaise with construction teams, traffic subcontractors and authorities to coordinate daily traffic activities
• Monitor traffic setups to ensure compliance with road authority standards and project safety requirements
• Conduct site inspections and audits of traffic management arrangements
• Assist with traffic permits, approvals and documentation requirements

The Role The CPS Coordinator will contribute to the planning, procurement and development of the design through management of a number of consultants to ensure alignment with delivery requirements such as scope, staging, program and target budget. This position will transition from design coordination to a delivery role with a focus on monitoring and surveillance of contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Key accountabilities Assist in the planning and procurement of design to ensure achievement of project objectives and KPIs. Coordinate the interaction of project members in the design delivery process, including design, construction, planning, estimators and community and stakeholder. Determine construction methodology and programme in conjunction with delivery team Monitor design documentation progress against the program and elevate key issues to senior management Review design documentation and assist in the stakeholder review and approvals process. Optimize design solutions through design team coordination, value engineering and innovation. Propose alternative solutions to complex issues Input to SiD process and temporary works design as required Manage the RFI process and initiate and manage Design Changes where required. Arrange and oversee the procurement of various contractors Coordinate or undertake any support activities to ensure contractors are not delayed Carry out monitoring and surveillance to ensure contractors are complying with management plans, designs and specifications Monitor construction progress for adherence to programme and report to the Delivery Manager Demonstrate financial management skills and commercial acumen in decision making and management of contracts Manage contracts to ensure the delivery of the works does not exceed the target budget Perform all duties in accordance with John Holland policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures. About you : Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Building Construction or equivalent Ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience in the field of either Civil Engineering Design or Civil Construction Delivery.
