About the role As the Kennards Hire representative to our customers, we support you with the training and development you need to be successful in your role. The Hire Controller will love dealing directly with our customers. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service on the phone or in branch, coordinating hire contracts, and providing expert advice to our customers through their intimate knowledge of our range of equipment we hire. This role requires you to; Provide exceptional customer service at all times in accordance with our 'Every Customer a Raving Fan" value. Assist customers over the phone using the reservation prompt script at the front desk. Create, update and finalise hire schedules Co-ordinating customer hire contracts and branch administration Make recommendations about complementary equipment or products that will support the customer's needs Support the Branch team by unloading, loading, and delivering equipment, servicing and cleaning equipment, Maintain a good knowledge of our range of gear to help find the best solutions for our customers. Process payments in accordance with the creation, cycle billing and completion of hire schedules Opening and closing the branch as required Clean and maintain the branch showroom, yard and storage spaces About you Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as; Customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance. Previous experience in a customer service role, and a genuine interest in helping others The availability to work Saturday's on a rotating roster A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities An interest in mechanics and construction equipment and a desire to learn Join our team

We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our South Australian Support Branch team, based at Regency Park.You'll be one of the voices of Kennards Hire, helping customers over the phone and via email with everything from equipment hire and quotes through to deliveries, logistics, breakdowns and general enquiries.This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, solving problems and finding the best way to get things sorted. Reporting to the State Major Projects Manager, this role is part of the Kennards Major Projects division and responsible for supporting individual major projects on site with our Tier 1 customers in Sydney Metro.
The Project Manager will work closely with nearby Hire branches to meet the business requirements of our major projects customers and coordinating on- site related tasks to ensure customer experience and financial targets are met.

The DC Service Person operates throughout the entire distribution center, providing support to all specialist branches. Key responsibilities include managing yard operations, loading and unloading transport vehicles, preparing equipment for hire, and ensuring equipment upkeep through cleaning, servicing, and minor repairs.
