Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Casino manufacturing site on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that sits at the heart of our site, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our front-of-house, administration, visitor management, retail shop, and general site activities.As a key point of contact for our team members, visitors, customers and external stakeholders, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential administrative support across the site.If you enjoy being organised, working with people and having a role where no two days are exactly the same, this could be the opportunity for you.What You Will Do:1. Reception, Visitor & Site Support: Be the welcoming face of the Casino site by managing reception, visitor access and registrations, incoming calls, site supplies, first aid requirements and general administration to keep the workplace organised and professional.2. Mail & Logistics Administration: Managing mail, packages, couriers and the site sample process.3. Retail Shop & Events: Manage the day-to-day operation of the site retail shop, including customer service, inventory, stock control and financial reporting, while also coordinating site events, celebrations, catering and customer or international visits.4. General Administration: This role will support with general administration across the site as required. A Jack Links Customer Experience Agent serves as a vital operational bridge, driving cross-functional alignment and delivering end-to-end service excellence.This role requires advanced order management capabilities to oversee the seamless processing, tracking, and execution of customer purchases while ensuring a precise, consistent flow of accurate information between Sales, Production, and Logistics teams.Equipped with exceptional communication skills, you'll expertly handle proactive customer engagement and complaint management, resolving issues swiftly.
